This versatile, durable jig is made from CNC-machined anodized aluminum and features laser-engraved scales for maximum precision. Each stainless-steel guide bushing can be easily repositioned along the rails as needed, thanks to the sturdy guide bars and knurled locking knobs, which feature Phillips and slotted screw drives for extra torque when needed. The bushings are also interchangeable between guide bars, making your imagination the only limit to your cross-dowel-joinery adventures. With a lateral adjustment range of 3/8 inches to 3 inches, and a longitudinal adjustment range of 3/8 inches to 1-1/8 inches, the jig can be used with a variety of wood thicknesses, barrel nuts (sold separately), and bolts (sold separately). Includes a jig base, two guides, two knurled locking knobs, and five stainless steel guide bushings (1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8”, 1/2”, and 5/8”).
